A Glitch In The DS

I was messing around on my DS today when i found out that my stylo wouldn't write on the touch screen. I triend my finger but nothing would come up. I thought about it and then turned it off and then calibrated the touch screen but still it wouldn't work properly. I put it on charge in my house for a bit see if that made any differance, and it did. It started working as usual again.
I found out the problem, which was i charged it in my car and left it on at the same time. In the house charger, this shouldn't make a differance, but in the car 12V battery charger it did. A glitch or just ment to be that way?
