People, sulake head offices make all the main decisions about what she should do, shes the person they do it through, you cant exactly stop her from doing what shes doing, because you basicly play on the site she manages.

I am sure Habbo Staff visit this forum and habbox rare values, as alot of people use it
and they release the rarest normal rare to make money (apart from throne)

I havent yet seen a Habbo who doesnt stick to Habbox Values
