No if i made a roller skate and didnt get a patent my neighbor could take my idea get a patent get rich and make tons of money. Its not copywrited i looked in the US and UK and CA copywrite library not there

When you have purchased something, it doesn't give you the right to carry on selling it off as your own work or to distribute it to anyone else for that matter.

As it is work made by someone else, they should be the only one to give it out, not you.
