Cookies. Because as I said it runs off the TT user system, which was developed using cookies and I just havnt been bothered to convert to sessions.
R2 will feature a cookies/sessions option, so you can choose what you want to use. R2 will probably start work after the new version of Habbo-Paper.co.uk is released, which is in a couple of days btw

and about the sessions/cookies ok cool can not wait for the v1 of PP and the V2 when its out good work there Invent.
