    I've never known anyone to want to be a MOD

    No, cause you might have a lot of infractions and/or bans and if you did you wouldn't be hired.

    I would say there bacially nothing now

    Because you cant proove it was your brother and if it was what happens if you was a mod and then your brother infracted loads of people or something?
