but i forget what happened to the black guy that escaped with them i forget the name but he had a wife and kid

He was pardoned / all charges against him were dropped for helping bring Mahone down.

Nope. I can't remember properly, but I think the guards got there on time and saved him. Then the white dude with glasses who worked for Mahone got a statement out of the black guy.

Nope, A guard saved him and the person that worked with alex got a statment and left him off free.
