I saw that clubhabbo and thishabbo raised hundreds. Shame Habbox didn't do anything seeing as he was a moderator and management.

Exactly, and another member who used to be GM..Couldn't agree more.Yeah but take oli for example.. We wouldn't raise money if he died and he was management
People die daily, Just because they were in management doesn#t make them any better person than a normal member, Could have contribuated the exact same.
Ross
It is a very sad loss, but HxF needs donations and can't afford to do more than the one month they do at Christmas..
So true, people die daily but people move on, and get on with there lifes, imo id rather raise money for Habbox instead of someone thats died, buy hey thats just what i think. now ill wait for the -reps
Habbox does charity donator every year to a random charity, yet CHF who have less active members than us can afford to donate money to causes like the NSPCC and Papyrus, which Ollie felt strongly about... What the **** is up with this forum.
IMO about this donating stuff. I don't think most of the members will even know him so I don't think much will be raised. I agree with what stephen is saying as well.
That probably sounds really harsh but I tried to word it best I could
Just saying, less members = smaller hosting bills (less content, less people visiting etc)
Thing is, what if 4000 people died on this forum, VIP for every single person?
Just because their management on a site doesn't make them any different
Example: MOD-UK died on Habbo
Habbo didn't release UK-VIP or what ever.
the thing with clubhabbo/thinkhabbo having their donation thing, ollie was far far closer those communities. i mean fair play, he has worked here and been a part of habbox, but so have many other members. ollie was a big part of clubhabbo and thinkhabbo, and was very close with the owners. he was a massive part of their community, not so much here. not saying he wasn't important and that he shouldn't be remembered, but i don't think it's appropriate here.
for all we know, habbox could have loss many members over the years that we don't even know are dead, we have a larger, less closed community and for that reason i believe it's inappropriate here at habbox.
