Not that they haven't written in characters who enter from other places and/or go to other places before (King George is somehow the District Attorney yet can't go anywhere in the district other than one town? Random police officers who don't work for Storybrooke police department come in with him to try taking Snow away? Everyone has mobile phones and cars and so forth yet no such manufacturing plants exist in the town? Granny's is somehow a financial success as a hotel even though no-one in Storybrooke is homeless or ever leaves home?) but I'd guess that the excuse they'll come up with for Henry is that he's the son of a fairytale character and therefore able to enter and possibly leave as he wasn't part of the curse and Emma was able to, although that still doesn't explain how he was brought to the town like did the adoption agency stand at the border and throw him over

They just killed some unknown. I read an interview with producers Honestly, 'she killed a faceless, nameless person and it was really more to highlight her coldness — that she doesn't care who she killed; she just needed a body.' Glad Archie ain't dead though! Felt so sorry for Regina I really don't want her to turn to Cora. She has been manipulated her whole life. So sad. The outsider looks so good though.
