Kai is gonna be much more interesting when he's made a bit more human as was obv gonna happen as soon as he merged with anyone, seemed a bit daft before when he was all powerful but still didn't just kill everyone with a glance like a real socio/psychopath (which is he meant to be? they keep changing their minds) would do. The Matt and Enzo story is crap literally no-one cares that you got left behind in the lab and Matt is about as interesting as the average hx debate. And yeah Stephen and Caroline has been brewing for years now idk why people are so opposed to it but I'm glad that he just hugged her in this ep because that is what she needed

i don't really want kai to be 'redeemed' for the stuff he has done though. he's so much more interesting evil please don't do a damon TVD writers you can't write redemption storylines so pls don't!!!

still waiting for damon to apologise for basically sexually manipulating caroline and killing jeremy and how does anyone still like him after he killed a pregnant woman??? i used to love him but now it's very megh

klaus is a monster! and they've hinted at potential romance between steroline ever since one of the many times lexi came back and was all 'i've been replaced by a blonde, she's cute' and stefan was all shy and cute and it was adorable. their development into a relationship would have been amazing especially since he helped her a lot during her transition into a vampire and gaining control and stuff, when i rewatched i noticed steroline things a LOT more and it was so good to see because i could feel the chemistry from then onwards, him and caroline deserve each other. she's too much of a nice girl to ever settle with someone like klaus who doesn't show any signs of changing for the woman he loves, doubt it will happen with the new spin off now anyway!!

and as for bamon if he redeemed himself a long time ago and bonnie helped him i would romantically ship bamon 100% but i prefer it as a friendship. i don't mind as long as elena is left alone somewhere hehe i hate elena can you tell #bringbackkatherine

the steroline kiss was beautiful with the sunset peeking through.
damon and liz scenes were perfect. I am going to be a mess when I hear that eulogy.
stefan and caroline at liz bedside was so emotional and beautiful. I found those scenes sooo upsetting mainly because I didn't get to say goodbye to my granny when she died but like caroline when I thought about it my last words were bye I love you.
Idc about jeremy leaving but I am glad its to do some vampire hunting because going to art school seemed a little unbelievable.

Bonnie's back YESS that scene was the cutest, omg young stefan HOW PRECIOUS, damon's eulogy, caroline singing and stefan realising that he loves her. Caroline turning her humanity off, omg I kinda want to see it but I want stefan to get there before she does, alaric baby, Salvatore mum omg!!!!! plus this ep had really good music. some james bay at the start *+*+
