The only thing that makes me feel bad about converting to PS from Xbox, is my account on Xbox with it's gamerscore, credit and friends

I'm not bothered by the XB1 going towards the future with it becoming more of an entertainment system, it's more the price, used game, always online issues really. I couldn't care less if I can watch TV on my XB1

as a lifelong nintendo fan who's witness his favourite consoles dragged for filth by friends and the internet alike, I both empathise with and enjoy the xbox one pr disaster.

that'll be what were using in 10 years or so. Sony are saying they want this to last 10 years (the ps4) whereas i think the xbox one will last atleast 12-15. with the power of cloud processing the graphics are a tad better because the calculations are on microsoft azure, for every xbox one you get 3 servers in redmond, with sony you do not.

If I'm playing a game i don't want to watch tv i watch to play the game. If i want to watch tv i will do so, on my tv.

XB1 isn't the future. Its the future that Microsoft want you to go because if they have a "entertainment" system in everyones homes then think of all the $$$ they will make with all there "tv" features.

The cloud does nothing for graphics, and Sony has a cloud service too - Gaikai. At the end of the day, the functions of both the PS4 and XBone are virtually identical hence the reasoning behind purchasing next gen consoles* being based on DRM etc.

Tbh all i seen now when i go into these sort of threads is Xbox fans butt hurt and trying to justify the Xbox One. My brother who has been xbox from the start said he was going to get the Ps4 due to Cost, DRM, friends are all switching and bunch of games that he's never got to play. To my surprise he went out and got himself a PS3 and The Last of Us yesterday.
