Did the first mission where you get put into a team and i got kicked out within 10 seconds =/ and it crashed before aswell and its warning me about leaving games and ill get bad rep -.-

Incorrect. You can play with people from your console only, as with any game

Why can you join crews with people that are on Xbox then if you can't play with them, seems misleading.

I wish it would let you select which console you play so it could find crews where the weighted majority play on your console though...
