Previous Experience: I have played Habbo since 2005. In 2009 I became an events host and forum moderator for official fan site duckieWorld.ca on Habbo Canada. At the beginning of 2010, I became the Events manager until the fan site came to a fiery end a few months after the great merge. On Habbo.ca, I worked for the Diamond Help Desk owned by Deege/deegers. She was a real ****, though, so I quit. I work in real life as a manufacturing engineer for a company that makes airplane parts. I create instructions telling people how to make airplane parts and give it a cost.
How many hours could you spend in the HxHD each week and when could you complete them? When I feel like it, I will go to HxHD. I tend to go there about 3-4 hours a week without being staff. If somebody begins to force me to be there and I begin to feel like it is a job rather than a volunteer position, I will not hesitate to resign. Volunteers should be treasured for taking any amount of time to help without fear of a superior getting mad at them for not being there enough.

Answer the following questions:
1. What would you do if a question was asked that you didn’t know the answer to?
A) I know everything. I have billions of smarticle particles. Although, if for whatever reason, there is an answer I don't know, I would ask my peers for an answer. If they do not know, I would tell them to contact Habbo Customer Support at help.habbo.com.
2. If someone was being mean to a visitor in HxHD what would you do to stop them?
A) It depends whether I have rights or not. I think there is some warning policy in place for warnings, mutes, kicks and bans. If I did not have rights, I would just tell others to ignore the person so they would eventually just leave.
3. A user comes into the help desk asking on how to gain credits, how would you help them? I would tell them to do 'Watch & Earn' or go play games. Maybe even tell them to go to www.freehabbocredz.com because that's legit. I'm kidding... >.>
4. I think I’ve been hacked/I can’t access my account, what do I do?
Contact Habbo player support at help.habbo.com.
5. A Habbo comes complaining of Habbos and furniture not loading, what would you recommend that they do? Reload Habbo. If that doesn't work, clear their cache and cookies and try again. If this doesn't work, I would tell them to upgrade from Windows 95 and join the 21st century and get a MacBook.
