and I know you have already said "dont give me the 'you agreed to...'" but I will as you have said it yourself "IF YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH YOU SHOULD HAVE BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY IT SAYS THAT IF YOU BREAK THE RULES A REFUND MAY (thats the important part) BE GIVEN AT OWNERS DISCRETION"

So tough, your issue your problem, press charges if you want go for it but I think you will see that the courts would favour us as it seems that you are too arrogant to stick to rules or read the terms and conditions.

Number two,
Petition? oh please how many times has that worked on this forum (or any forum or organisation at that)? If you were banned then it was for a reason deal with it without turning into a soppy kid about it. As for this expedition. I recall him actually telling me that he was banned so dont think that we just targetted you. If you cant deal with the punishment for breaking forum rules then don't bother breaking them.

Blaming Jack? I mean the guy has the right to ban you and fire you its part of his job why would we keep a staff member (well ex) who thinks he is above the forum rules?

Number five,
Expressing your views? Please, that has to be the worlds most pathetic excuse against being banned on something. There are many people that would love to express their view but if it breaks the rules or offends someone then you will get punished for it, using the excuse "I was expressing my views" is completly pathetic.
