I doubt it to be honest. He isn't really a legend. He was one-time European Champion, a one-time Light Heavyweight Champion and a 22-time Hardcore Champion. He was also a one-time Tag Team Champion with Hardcore Holly.
I can't imagine them adding him in to be honest, it wouldn't be realistic with him wrestling newer guys, like Festus VS Crash. If they added Attitude superstars, which they probz won't, it'd be better since Crash could have matches with those.
