
Depends which part of America and the weather and the aircraft and also if you fly it in normal time and not speeded up. An average UK-US flight would be around 7 hours or more.
Well, mostly if you learn the systems such as FMC (Flight Management Computer) which works and links with the auto pilot it will fly the plane on the route. etc etc Lol.

Exactly the same amount of time in real life, you don't have to sit infront of the computer all the time though..
I only do long hauls when I have other things to do, like the other day I did Manchester to Orlando that took 9 hours, but I had coursework I had to do so it worked out good
