Paul, episode 211 was released today. It was gooooooooooooood. What's up with Tousen's hair, lol. In the preview for the next episode they said they're entering a new arc after the past one has finished... filler!?!?!?!?

211 was good, all the Visard are such legends. I thought it was a nice touch relating Hollowfication process to agitation and then having Hiyori's mask develop in seconds.

I thought it said the new arc won't have him much, as in he's not fighting in Fake Karakura. But we'll just have to wait and hope it isn't another filler.

And Paul, all will be explained by time the arc ends.

Ulquiorra basically kills Ichigo with a cero through the chest but then after "Kurosaki-kun" x500, he wakes up and goes into a hollow state. He basically turns into a hollow with a humanoid/hollow form but retains his Zanpaktou.
