Server Load


Well, hmm… That was a short launch…

It would seem that our current servers are unable to cope with the 5000 plus people (we are not sure of an exact number as a lot of users could not even connect), that attempted to connect to Club Tropica the moment the Home Page went live and the servers keep crashing.

Of course part of BETA is testing that the site can take the load, but this is disappointing for you and us, as it will take us a few days to organise a new server set-up. The good news is the new server will have around five times the capacity that our current servers do and should be better able to support the clusters of MySQL.

We apologise for this disappointing start, our aim is to have the new setup in place by next week and we will keep you informed via email.

I'm not talking just about the age, why do they need people's mobile numbers?

if ur acc get s haxed or you loose your pass then they may ask for your credit history and mobile number to check that the acc is yourn. Its happened to me before on habbo.

Knowbody owns it, theres a team of Directors working behind the scenes. It's all shares and whatnot I think!

they probably did after the amount of forums and fansites they have on it, they even had it on their website with a list of fansites
