i don't like to confuse people even more...that's what my dad does. My mum's like 'What's it do?!' and he goes on for hours explaining something and my poor mum's face is a blank as a plain sheet of paper. So i spend 5 minutes explain in brief what a piece of hardware does and she understands fully after that lol.

I don't see threads like this as pointless, in some ways they're educational as it's introducing people to the various basic aspects of programming, and anyway, at least it's not just a dumb spam thread, it's spam with a little bit of creativity and thought behind it.
