Ok imo:

Pros:
1) It doesnt actually lag to much.
2) This will be great for those award things people do as you get a stage, and habbox productions!
3) It looks nice.

Cons:
1) Not worth it, when other hotels got deals!
2) Anyone, even without rites, can change the colours and paterns of you lights, which is bad as it ruins the effect.
3) There will be no more dance floors, as when you double click on them, they change different colours etc.


Done, and done!
