Alcoholism and grumpiness don't go hand in hand. It's more like the British population on this forum being grumpy due to the fact that even after their prime minister, prince and most famous footballer went there, they failed to secure a bid. Not really. Look at your bid and look at the conditions, stadia, fans, resources, presentations, etc. and then compare it to the other three bids, and try and tell me that Russia was the best choice to host the World Cup. It's just a ridiculous decision which I can in no way understand. Spain-Portugal would of been by far the better choice if I'm not being biast.

Oh and I'd love to hear your argument as to why you think I'm a "stereotypical" grumpy ****.
