So that was like 4 hours before the Grammys started, so I guess she was in the egg the whole time probably haha
I know that she could have got out before and after the red carpet walk and then got back in just for her performance, but it wouldn't surprise me if she just stayed in the egg for hours

apparently there is a surprise guest performer at the brits, i'd love it to be gaga but i doubt it. she would have had to fly here straight from doing the jay leno show last night, somehow rehearse with jet lag etc and then fly back tomorrow to do good morning america (tv show)... she needs to do some kind of promo to maintain the number one
