That's what I mean: we probably will never know how. You're right by saying that if he was alive he'd release a video. Since that hasn't happened it's quite clear that he is dead. But if he had died of natural causes a while ago, I think the upper leaders of al-Qaeda will let that be known as they wouldn't want such a lie being spread. Look it up. Many of those supposedly burnt-to-a-crisp extremists were doing just fine following 9/11. Similar to how bin Laden was treated at a US Red Cross hospital just weeks prior to the events. I don't believe most of the theories about that day, but there is something very fishy about it and always has been. And those towers were definitely taken down with controlled demolition.
