    Yes, Fredo13 won fair and square.. but if he is going to be big headed after recieveing a fabulous prizes. So that was a fair move for Habbo.

    For the first question Carlos, I am sure they have but they may want to remain nameless incase they start to get grief, as like many others have recieved for helping, It's jealousy.

    It is true they could use another account but isn't that just as bad as using their normal one, you are still talking to the owner of that famous account so therefore it comes out just as bad.

    I am a consumers rights advocate. And believe me this is one of the worst cases of bad customer service I have ever encountered. Are you stating that Habbo has a customer service department? I do recall making around 10-15 phone calls to their UK office and also to the Sulake head office all of which were routed to an answering machine. I never did receive an answer or a return phone call and that was months ago. In my opinion that would be reminiscent of a non existing customer service department, and the reason is because they know people only call that number to tear their heads off and they are cowards afraid to answer their phone and face the facts. I am not stating anything in this thread with regards to him having a badge, it's a matter of favouritism and professionalism. It's a well known fact that you should not mix buisness with pleasure or business with friends.

    I had to resort to making a phone call to get assistance, and I never did receive an answer or assistance but some users are enlightened with birthday presents, direct attention, direct access to having problems solved. Why dont they share even 10% of that attention with the other thousands of users in the community.

    They rarely anwser emails too.. unless its about credits, then they reply quickly. When I had a idea about habbo and how to improve it maybe I sent it in. It's been about 5 months and no reply. When I reported about not reciving credits, I got a reply the next day or so. It's funny, really.

    I agree with Mizki here, Matt has put alot of work into the hotel, If Cheezy2 wasn't around possibly some of the events that have happened, would never have happened.
    Look at all the people he has put a smile on their face, He is a very dedicated Habbo Hotel users, and he is fit for the job, if most of you stopped ''slagging'' people off like him, you could be in his position one day, How would you feel to be ''slagged'' off like Cheezy2 is getting now? Pretty pathetic, and you all call yourself mature.. Get a grip.

    Put effort into the hotel, contact Habbo and ask if you can help with events, You might actually get somewhere, I know alot of people who have!
