This is a point that I think makes people puzzled about this topic. We can't see why they would put themselves through that pain?
It seems pointless to do, I suppose if you want to die, do something that finishes you off fast, slitting your wrists seems like a lag. Also a horrid site to see, blurgh!

So what does putting yourself in pain achive? if it were just a mascistic obession, it would not be in such a ovios spot, as to hide it, So it is oviosly a call for attention due to it being someone persficaly so its found. Athogh its still a very stupid one "/

As much as I would love to know, I don't.
Sounds stupid, I know that, but for those people its like a relief.
