Reverse thrust wouldn't even get you to 30kts tbh.. Reverse thrust is NOT for reversing, it's to slow the aircraft down.

And shouldnt be used under 80 knots!

No, when your landing and 80Kts is called you disengage reverse thrust so you use breaks to slow to taxi speed as you turn off the runway.

Once your breaks and reverse thrust combines to get you to eighty knots, you release the reverse thrust levers, continuing to break to 40 knots, and free roll down the runway down that speed, untill your desired / assigned exit comes. In some cases reverse thrust isn't always needed. (Your exit could be the second to last on the runway. At busy airports etc, E.G Heathrow.
