I have to agree with Danny on this one. Look at the website, it's appauling. If you look at a website development company, you want a company that actually looks good from the start and knows how to enter a title. Anyway, I'm sure there will be some legislation in the online law act. Do some research, find the culprate, press charges if you wish.
Good luck getting to the bottom of things.
