Same could be said about the God and the creation argument. What did he do before he created earth, where do dinosaurs come into it, who witnessed Adam and Eve, who was told about the earth being created? All those questions arise At the end of the day they're just stories, not meant to be taken as fact.

Anywho, FlyingJesus, people use Christianity vs. Atheism because they're the two major contributions to this idea, plus they have their well known theories.

No they wouldn't, they weren't around when the earth was created. The bible depicts two stories. The 7 day story and the Adam and Eve story. One says God created man to look after the animals and the world while the other says God created a man and then created a man from a woman. And if God created the dinosaurs, why didn't one of the books in the bible tell about them? They seem to tell other things about the earth God created. And the way you said 'could' of created is an invalid answer. It's either he did or didn't. If he didn't, he doesn't exist. If he did, he exists.

An idiot who isn't a Christian at all. Believing in God is something of a prerequisite for being a Christian.

Also on the dinosaur note it never says what animals were created at all, but the chronology is correct (sea creatures - birds - land animals - man)

I take the same stance. Religion is interesting, but I wouldn't strictly follow it word for word

I'm quite open to religous believes but I don't believe there is a God. If there is a God I don't like him.
