Maybe a CMS System, Like at the frontend you have all the pages and so on and at the backend the page editors.

It would be good because when you create a fansite you don't want to have to give host or FTP details out so staff can't edit pages they need to.

Good job bumping an extremely old post, this project isn't even going anymore.

The reason that bug you pointed out works, is because their session still exists ($_SESSION["session_username"], $_SESSION["session_level"]) so it still thinks they are logged in.. because it does not verify against the database that the user is still there.
