Im looking forward that that christmas bonus (£100), shame we get it in january though and not actually Christmas.

can you explain to me why you might need that xmas bonus? why you need it?

I sent min of in April, and got it back last week of September.

Believe me, don't bother with their numbers, they won't answer the phone. They've got thousands of complaints in the past few months, and they're ignoring them all unless you get lucky

You do realise EMA was put in place to attract people to go to collage so they don't have to work, yeah? It wasn't put in place to help pay for food and/or travel to collage it's a complete bribe.

Although when I was in collage I claimed £20 a week. Many people moaned at me that it's unfair that they don't get it because their parents have better jobs but my parents have 5 childred, giving them all £20 a week is almost my dads weekly wages gone.

ema is used on bus passes for me lol. thats £11.70 a week, then the rest well i spend it on what ever i want too.

Apperently, they put thousands through the machine and the machine wouldn't take them so they're had to do them manually. But the rest have gone through. I feel sorry for the people who had theirs screweds up because of the machine

If you get EMA have you got yours yet? Because half of our college haven't got them just yet. And when i looked on the website it didn't give me any contact numbers and i sent off for mine in like September, at the beginning.
