I really don't get it? Why do you people post in here if all you're going to do is flame? Before anybody calls me a hypocrite, I've stopped flaming now and got a sense of maturity.

Just let the site take it's course. The issues that Caleb pointed out was explained by Simon so take it and leave.

Any of you who say I suck-up to Greg you're infact wrong. I do not suck up to him but I have acknowledged his ability and still so I take tips from him and ask him to comment on my designs. As he's already said I post things for him in this thread because I'm sure he has a bunch of more important things to be doing. This is not to say what I post is 100% correct but what Greg tells me I know.
I'll let you get back to flaming my tutorial thread.

For your information the work environment at Youmeo is one of the best I could ask for. My mum and step dad visited me this weekend so I gave them a tour of my apartment and the office's.

My step dad was in amazement at how laid back and relaxed my working and living environment were. He earns double the amount of me but says that he would love to be able to just relax and manage yourself rather than being bossed around and controlled at every angle.

When we want to have a break we can have one, wander around the town, do a bit of shopping, maybe stay in the office and watch something on Sky, maybe play a bit of PS3 or Xbox, nip down to the cafe to have some lunch, possibly a game of pool so I can prove to Simon just how much he sucks at it. Maybe you could argue that's just distracting us from working, but put it this way - when we're in a good mood we work a lot better and faster than we'd normally so it's actually providing a lot of good for Youmeo so they've got it just right

You could argue there are a lot of companies like that now but the chances of you getting into one with any qualifications is pretty slim. However I did it just from the abilities I've shown online, so I must be doing something right.

Just a quick post as I really can't be bothered with this pointless arguing.

First of all, Youmeo is more popular than any of you can imagine. As Greg said, you only think about how many people on HabboxForum use the site when HxF only accounts for about 2% of our hits. Youmeo is used by a massive variety of people of different ages and has the backing of some of the industry's top execs.

Secondly, saying tim will "fail" is just immature and small-minded. Of course it has a high chance of not surviving but there is no way you can say it will "fail" after less than a week of beta testing. Saying it will fail after that is just immature and again, small-minded and quite frankly from an outsiders point of view it just seems like one or two of you are jealous because you have just come out with some stupid and childish remarks.

I accept your opinions on both Youmeo and Today I'm, but you cannot comment on either site's success or viability when you have no idea about the site's hits/etc.

As long as I see the twitter style following area, I think it's not going to survive. You could at least consider re-styling that and renaming things, because a twitter clone is what nobody is going to use, when they can use the real twitter which is a lot better.

Jack, my name was "Beta ends tonight" and you asked for a code. What do you expect?

It's not going to be a twitter clone, we have a few ideas that are going to differentiate us from Twitter. Our site is focusing on activites which gives us a lot of ground to be different.

Okay fair enough but that isn't always the case. You cannot stereotype university graduates as unsociable. That is plain dumb. You learn social skills at whatever age and you perfect them through life.

Can you just tell me, what did you mean by social abilities. Did you mean it in the respect of having general conversations, understanding what the other person wants. Please sum up ?

Well, seeing as you cloned the design for the followers, friends and whatever nothing will set you aside from twitter as much as that.
