Do we have to ask for each Post Award (1,000 to 20,000) or is it done on a "reach 20,000, replace the 15,000" basis? Same applies with the years registered, do we have them all or just the one most relevant and up to date?

You can have all of them. So if you have 10,000 posts you can have all the ones below that as well, same with the year milestone awards.

I still think you should be able to request MOTM, Sunday stuff, and events as long as you provide the link I don't see how it's any different? You only do it if the user requests it.

It would be nice, because i have ha a MOTM for entertainment but once it runs out theres nothing thee to remember them. I'm sue it's the same for others. It would be nice to have an icon or somthing to show for it XD

An idea towards this by the way. It's what I mentioned in the original awards thread ages ago. There should be just a one line thing in the userbit (underneath posts/gender etc.) just saying something like 'Awards: 3', and the number could be a link to the awards page on your profile.

I agree, that would make them far more integrated into the forum.

Can't say I have much of an opinion on the whole award system but it's been well implemented and well done to the graphics team because they do look really nice

oh and does "active" mean amount of time you've had the account, or the amount of time you've been posting on it? Cause I've only been posting for like the last year and a half out of 4.

The difference is by following us on twitter, or getting 5000 posts you arent winning an individual competition. The prizes for the competition (MOTM in your case) did not include a badge - they will from this day forward.

If we were to give you the badge, we'd have to give every other member of the month ever the badge, and then it'd be the same for events, competitions and everything else - pretty soon the badges would be all over the place and be meaningless, this would be happening too soon since the system has only just been introduced.

For instance for the rest of this year there will only be 6 MOTM badges given out, this makes it rare and more desirable.
