God quite an argument in this thread

[@]@-toxicflames[/@] as you've been told many times, can't understand how you are still alive with your supposed height and weight. Your BMI comes out to something like 11, and considering 18.5 is underweight...

And also to say that bone structure affects your BMI or weight to the extent that you thinkit does is ludicrous


Anyway I may as well post something constructive for Ben so here goes;

Just cut down on the crap and exercise more. Little things such as swimming a couple of times a week or cycling to school etc can make a big difference over time.
