You may not be allowed to discuss it yet, particularly if it's Edexcel . Good to know it went well though . Need to get back to my maths revision .

I should probably be doing maths revision as well for d1 on friday but oh well LMFAO know all the algorithms anyway so should be ok.

critical thinking tomorrow is gonna be so boring and i know nothing about it anyway LMFAO dont really care about it either tbh considering it means nothing

We were only taught Criminal law and Family law out of all for *the other 2 being Tort and Rights + responsibilities* so that's what I did

Criminal law gave a mentally ill guy breaking into a house, ending up killing 2 people (one had a heart attack due to a weak heart *thin skull rule* and the other was hit over the head, and suffered an allergic reaction to anaesthetic *causation*. He was told to do this or his mum would be 'beaten up'.
Questions included stuff like 'can duress be used as a defence', what will he be charged with in regards to death 1, death 2 and the entry into the house and more
    So that was pretttty easy!

The Family Law was: a man had an affair 5 years ago, wife stayed with him anyway, have 3 kids, one of which is 17, wife had an affair and husband left.
Questions were like; what is the law on marriage around age *17 y/o* more marriage stuff, what does irretrievable breakdown of marriage mean and how to prove it, and more stuff on divorce

So basically just marriage and divorce!!

We were expecting all stuff like wills and stuff like that which we're not confident with

edit; if we're not allowed to discuss it yet, pls shoot me >.>

Oh yeah that's a fair point. I know that 3 exam boards you have to wait 24 hours but they're not OCR/AQA - but ye EdExcel is one.

LOL oh I have stats which I find much easier than core maths anyway, but I've done hardly any revision for it since last week so need to do loads now . Need to try do really well in this seeing as core is gonna go so badly lol.

Just had my d1 exam, went quite well actually and actually managed to finish it lmfao. Their algorithm you haven't seen before was really odd though lmao and I missed a bit on the simplex question asking for values after first iteration but remembered second at least. Everyone else in my year was literally crying after tho lmao
