If it's locked, my word, why do Microsoft even bother?

    The 360 was region locked...

I don't see the problem, you buy your console in your region, buy your games in your region too! Why is region locking a big deal? IT'S NOT.

Sony circlejerk in here big time. Picking at straws just so you can. Sigh

Sony has me sold unless Microsoft make some changes to the Xbox One...

The new smash brothers sounds awesome, I would get a 3DS just for that.

Ok, and I just read that the PS4 is region-free, what is to stop us from getting a PS4 in the US and bringing it back here? Would be much cheaper, no? (Assuming the p+p isn't sky-high)
Well there's also import VAT which will make the PS4 around £305-£310 so if you shipping is less than £40 or so then yeah Personally I'd rather just avoid the hassle and time delay and go and pick one up in a shop, even if it is more expensive. Oh and the expense of a "plug converter" (not sure what they're actually called).

Remove the online and pre-owned games crap. Dropping the price would be nice too.

To sum up Sony's E3 presentation:

    1) Console design revealed, looks sweet.

    2) Able to play used games with no restriction, and also allows you to simply lend the game to a friend as shown in this official video

    3) Will cost £350 on launch (£100 cheaper than the Xbox One)
    4) PS+ Subscription is needed to play online, however only on ONE account, if you do have PS+ on an account all other accounts can play online just fine.
    5) PS+ Instant Games collection returns and apparently starts with DriveClub

For games that aren't released in your region?

Xbox fan can't admit Sony did better at E3. Sigh.

SE just announced Final Fantasy XV is NOT Ps4 exclusive. =/ I don't mind but Versus was meant to be the Ps3 exclusive we wait all this time and then Xbox get it aswell bit bad. As long as we keep Kingdom Hearts

You're attacking me for being an Xbox fan? Didn't want this to turn into an Xbox/Sony Circlejerk.

I assume you're talking about these Japanese anime games? Meh.

you made the comment about the circle. Just responding to that i wasn't attacking.

And not just the anime games. Also games that are releasing months apart i remember Pokemon use to have a 4-6 month gap between UK and US. And price can be a factor as well.
