What they should do is close the hotel down on one specific day, get everything sorted on that day and if there are any bugs, sort them out whilst the hotel is open (if they can do that?)
Also, if it's a long maintenance, it's probable AU groups seeing as it's like 5:11AM-7:11AM over there!
