Basically u put in either 25, 30, or 35 furni items, that have the special recycler symbol thing, and u can turn them into either the Palm Deck Chair thing, The Polar Sofa, or the Big Water Fountain thing.
And it's dependant on how much furni you put in. so 35 stools would be the same as like 35 lodge gates. so stock up on ur 1 creds...
also, it takes an hour to give u the furni

That bit I don't think is true, it's to do with spirits and how much it's worth and such as far as I know
