Hair, really. You can tell a lot about someone by what they do with their hair I think. Or at least in my experience.

I tend to notice hair and face first.

Then I go for personality, cause nobody is going to consider a relationship with someone who is stuck up.

Smile. For those who said personality, how the hell can you see personality when you first see the person? ..you can't but when you can get to know them ofc personality matters too. Relationships based on looks don't last..looks change, what's inside usually stays the same (except rare cases )
