I consume quite a large sum of alcohol, usually about 8/9 pints of Carlsberg every Friday, and another 8 or 9 pints on a Saturday. I go to the gym regularly and I also play football for 90minutes twice a week, 6 a side for 40minutes once a week and training for 90minutes once a week. It's not making me unhealthy.
