I'd rather the fights be slow than having more random fillers. Bleach could've been a great anime, but the anime just caught up to the manga too soon, so it's constant fillers and stretched out canon. Anime catching up to manga ruins a lot of good series - Bleach, the original FMA, Claymore to name a few.

FMA was hardly spoiled. The ending wasnt the most amazing, but it was still an amazing series.

In bleach fillers and bad pacing are the same thing. 5+ months of fillers equate to an equally bad paced main storyline, somehow :S. I'll give it a few more episodes to see if it gets any better then I'm quite seriously dropping the anime because you watch an episode and come out of it feeling as if nothing has happened (because it quite seriously hasn't).

Dragonball & One Piece to name a few stretch out canon but also add in filler to the canon which can be good. i like how Toei pace One Piece. means when fillers do happen they can actually be good. Not just a random crap fest like naruto was.

And apparently the ratings for Bleach went down again even tho its back to canon. Ive been hearing rumours that Bleach may be getting canned soon anyway.

i heard 271 was good so iwatched it yesterday, crazy-hollow ichigo was pretty cool, bit dumb how he gets cero'd in the chest and then hears orihime and is like BAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW super powerful wit no wounds. but oh well, action was good.
