Should HabboxForum introduce an awards system?

As long as half the badges don't require you to take part in habbo related events and competitions, obviously a couple can but the majority should be for post count, years been a member, report posts etc. since not everyone on the forum plays habbo and it wouldn't be fair for more than half being habbo based.
