A Complaint about the HxHD.

Users are allowed to make statements they believe to be true but if these statements are unfounded or said (with or without intention) in a way that might offend others in the room then they should either whisper, pm, vm, or refrain entirely. There is absolutely nothing wrong with opening conversation up to a debate that others might be interested in joining but you must be willing to properly discuss your topic should you bring it to the table or keep schtum if people don't care.

I don't mind critical thinking and I don't mind lively and balanced debate. What I do mind is when users are constantly bombarding an otherwise quiet environment with facts they've pulled from an illuminati fansite in a sermon-like fashion as though the people of the helpdesk are there and ready to listen. Sometimes people just want to chill out, you know?

If people don't care, don't debate it in the helpdesk. Perhaps the forum will have more to say.
If people do care, try to be tactful. Stating the crime rate of the vatican to be because of paedophilia as you did earlier, for example, is not the best way to go about things.
Be prepared for a debate. Some of us are willing to defend our thoughts so if you want to start a discussion on one of these topics then how about actually replying when your points are questioned?

If Dragga wants to be annoying, he can be. It's his choice to make annoying and idiotic statements in the room but he has to understand that, by saying them out loud for all to hear, everyone else has a right to respond. The whisper option is there for a reason, as is PM and VM on HxF. If he wants to say these silly things without being "targeted" he should be using those but he doesn't. Seeing as he's been asked on oh-so many occasion to use whisper and he ignores it, the only reason I can think of for him carrying on is because he's craving attention and he finds this the only way to get it.

Also, I understand that people are often mean to Tyler, but I really struggle to sympathise when he sets up those situations on purpose to get people to react. It bugs me that he provokes people into arguing with him and then comes running to the feedback forum and act like an innocent victim..
