There's a fire alarm gone off on Dundees count, so they're all being evacuated.
Clackmannanshire is announcing their counts;
Total ballots: 35,410
Turnout: 88.6%
Yes: 16,350 - 46%
No: 19,036 - 54%
Rejected: 24 (7 voted both, 16 void for uncertaincy)
