I've given my mate a copy of flight simulator 2004 and we played online for a bit. But he says his graphics aren't good.

He said he's using a Graphics card "Radeon 9200 series 2" or something i just copied that from chat.

Obviously graphics don't matter but he said is that graphics card poor or is there any other ones and tips on making it better?

Its old now. He could upgrade it for as little as £50 to a reasonable one

Im sick and tired of people always saying "OMGZ w4h1 gr4ph1cs c4rd do you h45?" Its not all about that, people get blurries because textures cant be processed fast enough by the CPU not GPU. Often the CPU is the bottle neck of the system and not the GPU. Its also not what gives you high FPS, of course it helps them but the CPU is what really helps. Get it?

at last im glad you said its also worst if you are connected to Vatsim

and i do have the money to get better GFX cards but i choose not to as i dont see any point tbh

Yeh what graphics cards could you get decent for like preventing thoughs bumps on planes (Me saying this not mate)

Any graphic card under £150, what would you say?
