Jamesy - After discussing it with other Administrators I have decided that images are not permitted in usertitles, especially animated images. I could add your usertitle without the image?
dj-huntey - That reminder was partially aimed at you and it irritates me that you have not even noticed it. Unless you reduce the number of characters in your custom usertitle request your usertitle cannot and will not be updated.

Yes do it without the image. I saw a feedback thread a while ago where it was said to be allowed but that may have changed by now
