If you are underage, Think of all the legal agreements; Say a 21 year old had a case against you for ripping someone's image; a 21 v someone alot under; possibly 14? They would have the advantage due to the fact they are alot older, and know more.

If you are underage, You will have to pay for all this, And you are trying to get staff Which I doubt coders will help for free In conclusion; I doubt in which you have a job to pay all of this, And most comonly; Go into debt trying to create a site in which you are attempting too.
