No one knows about sex during teenage years. (Unless they are completely nuts and lose it at like 12)

I've been told by friends that the first time you do it you will have no idea and both of you will probably feel a bit of pain.

Nope, only the girl does. Its good for the guy (well, not good compared to subsequent times, but by no means painful ). You just have to make sure you don't go overboard and start properly hurting the girl, they really dont appreciate that
