I haven't seen where MAD said that, and I obviously put 2+2 together and made 5 then.

1000 reputation points? Is that a joke? How on earth are we meant to reach 1000 reputation points when people have only got 1 to 15 reputation power as it is.

If there was such a problem with people buying too much reputation then why not just put a cap on how much you could buy? Example you can only buy 10 power of rep points on each account.
