Once BETA people are on, can we go on and off for ever or do they shut it again?

Heard somewhere, can't remember, that it opens publicly mid feb. Don't take my word for it though, may have dreamed it =x lol.

Probably, I wouldn't think they would make it so you log on, log off and cant get back on.
