What's that inventory about though or is that just some default thing stuck there?

I believe if you purchase an item then it will be stored in your "inventory" sort of speak.

ah ok occured to me after I posted that that that might be the case but wasn't sure. Will stuff like VIP actually be going in there though or will that just be for stuff like name changes ;o

Need to be careful with this to be honest, when Dan quotes a 1000 word news article in current affairs it shouldn't net him a 100 points. I'm curious if it counts quote contents..

I know it's probably been mentioned already but can you allow events staff to give out tokens (20 per win should be sufficient - that's equivalent to 4 forum posts atm) since whenever someone wins and is offered furni or rep the first question is "what is rep" and the next is "what is it used for?" - at least if you offer tokens too there's a possibility of enticing them in with the things they'll be able to purchase with tokens rather than a little rep that's really of no use to new members at all.

Excellent news, particularly for new members - could maybe offer a donor prize for 3 days too (cheaper) - which then may encourage new members to buy donor if they like the idea of a nice colourful name rather than a boring plain one.

I think moderators should edit them and put [QUOTE] tags on them (in this case Lee has failed to do so) - however that should be the case, otherwise it does just look like an attempt to grab tokens.

I believe this is something that will be implemented instead of rep - and people can then trade in their tokens for rep.

Hats. We need to be able to buy hats with tokens. It's genius and revolutionary and for those of us who have everything they need in terms of features would be a cool ticket sink. Make them vary in price and give us a hat cabinet on our profile pages. It'd also be a *fun* task for the graphics department to design various hats for us to buy. This is not cynicism, I would spend my tickets on this.
