Yeah that's quite a fire, I'm not an expert on Islam but the voices/singing is from the Mosque's, they have loud speakers on top of them in the Minaret's to call people to prayers throughout the day, in Arab countries this is all you hear and it can be heard for such a long way, I can't tell what it's saying and I'm not certain but I'm quite sure they don't have prayers at nearly 5am so it's some sort of warnings or caution being shouted from a nearby Mosque.

In Muslim countries at certain times they do prayers from the Mosques that you can hear from town, I think he saw the bomb or whatever and was praying.
